Yay! I finally get my hands on these famous Inglot eyeshadows! These babies came straight from where they were born - Poland.
Freedom system 10 eyeshadow round
I've got 10 round eyeshadows and a palette. I didn't plan on getting the palette, it was a gift from the seller but I am so glad I have it. It was so thick and sturdy and the magnetic cover design is just genius. My only complaint is that it's too difficult to take the eyeshadow out from the palette.
The eyeshadow comes in a plastic case
Back of the pan with a label stating the color
358 Matte - Muted pinkish mauve
339 Matte - Gray, with tad of taupe
434 Pearl - grayish violet, violet is more visible in brighter light
458 DSP - Matte/satin dark chocolate brown with gold sparkle
64 AMC - Matte black with gold sparkle. Sparkles are densely packed in the pan, but there's no fall out, amazing!
338 Matte - Teal blue. It's very pigmented and a b**ch t to take off!
372 Matte - To me, it looks a lot like Tiffany blue. Color here is a bit off, it is definitely less gray in real life
414 Pearl - Dark teal green with brown base
419 Pearl - Antique gold with olive undertone, the most pigmented one of the batch
483 DSP - Matte navy blue with blue/violet sparkles
the palette
First row, these are applied heavily
One wipe on the products, one wipe on my skin
Second row, applied heavily
One wipe on the pans, one wipe on my skin
I believe you have read enough raves on the superior quality of Inglot products, so I don't have to stress here the buttery texture, the minimal fall out, the insane pigmentation and the huge range of color selection. I must admit though, the mattes are a bit disappointing - don't get me wrong, they are still superior to most of matte shadows that I own, they are however sheerer and powdery compared to other Inglot shadows in general. Application wise, the pearls are the most outstanding. There's nothing I can pick on except the sheen is a little too much for my liking.
Bottom line:
Already plotting the second order, I'm eying the 20 pans palette this time around. Number of shades available is so overwhelming that I get a headache looking at the swatches.
What are your favorite Inglot eyeshadows? I could use some help in building my second palette =)
